At Autocraft, we take your mental health very seriously and we’re very proud to be a member of Health Assured. All of our colleagues have access to the Employee Assistance Programme – a free, confidential 24 hour helpline to support you through any of life’s issues or problems. You can get support for family issues, alcohol or drug issues, gambling issues, consumer issues, domestic abuse, housing concerns, stress & anxiety, retirement, bereavement and much more. We also offer an Online Health Hub where you can access an array of services and advice to keep yourself and your family healthy.

We hold a number of events, perk schemes and reward celebrations throughout the year to bring our staff together, such as Summer BBQ and Christmas Party. We run a Suggestion Scheme where cash bonuses are awarded for the best ideas, along with a number of training initiatives where an annual competition is held for the best improvement project. The 2017 winner, cell leader Chris Gray chose a Corporate Hospitality Package at the British Formula 1 Grand Prix as his prize in July 2018.

 

We celebrate special effort through our Employee Monthly Achievement award, which are peer-nominated with a prize of dinner and drinks for 2!
